Ah! Okay, I am never making this hat again. I thought I'd enjoy it but ohgod, For such a simple looking hat, that top fin gave me a whole lot of trouble. IT'S DONE, BUT NEVER AGAIN. You'd have to bribe be really hardcore. Just sayin'.

For sale! For $25.00 CAD/USD +Shipping. Ask me for a shipping quote, to most places it's under $10. :] One of a kind, if you want him you better take him before he's gone! XD

Yep! I'm going to pass out now, I think I've been productive enough for one day.

Hat and design by myself, as usual. Mmmhm.

Ooh amazing, how do you go about making hats? I'm trying myself but I don't know where or how to start, any advice would be helpful. Wonderfully cute hat :3

Thank you!
Your best bet to start out is to look up Clearkid's Fleece Hat tutorial on Deviantart here, It's really good for a base to start out with, and you can figure things out from there. :D If you have any questions, just pass me a note and I'll try to help. <3

Do you remember how you got the fins to stand up? Looks like it would need wire

No wire, I don't use wire on any of my hats. :]
I just sewed it into the seam. Best trick I have for you, Don't use just two layers of fleece. Inside the center I have a thicker layer of old fleece I use when I need to give things a bit more volume like that; I would suggest just raiding some thrift stores for some poor quality fleece, instead of using anything that's good. That way, It stays up better. :D Besides that, if it flops or anything, just sew the edges down to the base of the hat underneath where you can't see it. :]

I don't mean to critique :ashamed: but it looks more like a chicken comb.

Note taken, It's alright. xD As I said in the description, Those darn fins gave me a ton of trouble. And that is why I really don't want to remake this hat again, haha.
